PROACTIVE REALTIME ALARM MANAGEMENT HELPING TO KEEP OWNER, GUESTS AND CREW SAFE
KEEPING YOUR CREW IN COMPLETE CONTROL 24/7
ADVANCED ALARM MONITORING
Integrating with a growing array of critical vessel’s alarms to assist the engineering team to respond to vital issues and locate the problem immediately and from any location on the vessel.
Total Control Of Your Vessel's Alarms And System Alerts
Delivered With Pin-Point Accuracy
All messages can be handled differently - distributed to the most appropriate radio/group, for the quickest response.
Refine further with each alarm keyword having its own message route. Example:
Keyword: FAULT dispatched to engineering.
Keyword: FIRE dispatched to trained personnel.
Keyword: STATUS OK, logged but not sent.
Never Miss A Message - Three Stage Escalation Plan
Automatically sent to the primary group, no response, the alarm message will then be sent to the backup group. Still no response, the alert can be sent to all radios or via SMS.
No Display, No Problem - With Voice Alarm Notifications
Messages are relayed in real-time via a humanistic artificial intelligence, capable of converting the alarm outputs into voice notifications. Giving you the freedom to choose the radio that suits your needs.
Discreet, Proactive Alert Notifications
Pre-Alarm: Many detectors will monitor abnormal conditions and provide early warning signals to indicate that an alarm condition is approaching. These are transmitted by VesselWatch to your trained personnel, maximising the time to investigate and in many cases, mitigate the cause before escalating to a disruptive alarm state.
Delayed Alarm: Contain the problem or discover false alarms, before alerting the full vessel. When a sensor is triggered this starts a timer and the alert is sent to trained personnel, allowing time to investigate before escalating to a full alarm.
The Vessel Watch system supplied to Unfurled was customisable to our every need and is ease & reliable to use, post installation and support to continue fine tuning the system has been second to none & would recommend them to any other large yachts requiring this style of communications.
